This policy covers the ShiftPay: Work Calendar iOS app and this support website. For privacy questions, contact iuweui257@gmail.com.

Jobs and shift records

The app stores job names, rates, pay rules, shift dates, break times, notes and saved time zones locally on your device. We do not receive these records on an app server. No app account, advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK is included in this version.

Purchases

Apple processes payments through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit to verify Pro purchase entitlements and support restoration. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.

Exports and device backups

When you export a CSV or PDF, you choose where it is saved or shared. The destination service may process that file under its own terms. Your device or iCloud backup settings may include app data; ShiftPay itself does not provide cloud synchronization.

Support messages

If you contact support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. Please share only what is necessary. Messages may be retained as needed to resolve your request and maintain support records; you may ask us to delete them, subject to applicable requirements.

This website

This static support site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or an account system. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Control and deletion

You can edit or delete individual shifts and jobs inside the app, subject to keeping at least one job and removing linked shifts first. Uninstalling the app may remove its local data. Manage device backups separately through Apple’s settings. We cannot recover deleted on-device records. Contact us about deletion of support correspondence.

Sharing and changes

We do not sell your shift records or use them for advertising. Information provided to support may be disclosed if required by law. We will update this page if the app’s data practices change and show the revised effective date.
