Email supportRestore a Pro purchase
Use the Apple Account that originally purchased Pro. Open ShiftPay → Settings → Pro → Restore purchases. You can also reach the Pro page from the report export buttons. If Pro is already unlocked, your access is active.
Pro is a non-consumable one-time purchase. Restoring does not create a second purchase. If no purchase is found, check the Apple Account and try again with a network connection. Purchase and refund billing are handled by Apple.
Why does estimated pay differ from my payslip?
ShiftPay estimates gross pay before taxes and deductions. Verify your hourly rate, overtime thresholds, workweek start, night window, weekend extras and actual unpaid breaks against your employer’s rules. Differentials are flat additions and are not multiplied for overtime. Different jobs accumulate overtime separately.
Will changing a job change past estimates?
Existing shifts keep their saved rate, rules and time zone. Job changes apply to newly created shifts. To update an existing shift intentionally, open it, choose Use latest job rules and save.
How do repeating shifts work?
Create a shift, enable Repeat schedule, select weekdays and choose 1–26 weeks. Review the dates before saving. Any overlap prevents the whole batch from being saved.
Where is my data?
Jobs and shifts are stored on your device. There is no app account or cloud sync. Uninstalling may remove local records. CSV and PDF reports can be exported with Pro, but cannot currently be imported as a backup.
